The bungalow rooms are beautiful. The location is fantastic right on the beach. Excellent breakfast and good service at Ratna restaurant. The staff are welcoming and provide friendly service. Ratna caters for all dietary requirements and and the chefs are happy to modify meals. A wonderful place for families with lots of activities for the children.

Old style wood and lush gardens but beware there were seeds and lots of mess in rainy season and my son cut his foot badly around d the pool. Hotel helped but wouldn't cover the cost. Beds were a bit hard and mozzies were everywhere!

We had an excellent stay. The grounds are beautiful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food options at the hotel were good, if a little expensive. There was always something on each night, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue checking in, however the staff did their best to accommodate us. The pool (and pool bar) were good - the pool is extremely warm, like bath water, but there were plenty of chairs and facilities available. There was a supermarket across the road which was great for buying water.

Nice hotel, has everything you would expect from an expensive all inclusive resort. Breakfast was amazing, the rooms were excellent and the staff were very friendly. Nice and close to the airport (paid $13 AUD).
